Soporte práctico adaptado a sus operaciones
Understand the operation before shaping the solution
Delivery begins with conversations and shop-floor observation across production, quality, warehouse and equipment teams. We map key workflows, data sources, responsibilities and existing system boundaries to understand the operational issues that affect efficiency and traceability.
Findings are documented as requirements, process descriptions and open questions. This gives both teams an early basis for agreeing on scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
Turn business needs into an actionable design
Once requirements are confirmed, the project team translates operating rules into workflows, roles, master data, reporting definitions and required integrations. Interfaces with ERP, equipment, barcode or other systems are designed around the site’s technical conditions and data ownership.
Custom development is assessed for business necessity, delivery impact and long-term maintainability before it is included in the plan. The reviewed design then becomes the working blueprint for configuration, development and testing.
Validate with a pilot, then roll out with control
After configuration and development, key scenarios are checked through functional testing, end-to-end process validation and user review. Before cutover, teams also verify master data, permissions, equipment connectivity and exception handling.
Where practical, delivery starts with a representative line, warehouse or workflow. Feedback from the pilot informs adjustments before broader rollout. Go-live support focuses on execution, data capture and issue resolution, followed by training and operational review. Scope and timing are agreed in the project plan.
Improve beyond initial delivery
Production workflows and business priorities evolve, and systems may need to evolve with them. After delivery, teams can review operational feedback and prioritize improvements, process changes or additional use cases.
Configuration notes, operating materials and issue records are included in the handover so customer teams can understand how the system supports daily work and plan future changes with a clear reference.
