MES Development Engineer

MES开发工程师

R&D / Delivery5+ years of relevant experience

Take part in the full lifecycle of manufacturing digitalization projects, from discovery and solution design to delivery, while developing and continuously improving MES / WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery, solution design, implementation planning, project progress control and acceptance support.
Develop, test, deploy, maintain and optimize MES / WMS applications, including workflow and system architecture design.
Perform secondary development, integration and improvement of existing MES systems to keep them stable, secure and reliable.
Assist managers with project improvement initiatives and close the loop on shop-floor issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with system R&D experience.
Strong in .NET, Java and C#; experienced in B/S and C/S system development on the .NET framework.
Proficient in the design, development and optimization of Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases.
Experience with PLC connectivity, barcode printing, Android PDA applications and ERP interfaces such as Yonyou or Kingdee is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, written and verbal expression skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
Electronics or PV MES experience is preferred. Compensation is negotiable for strong technical candidates; flexible collaboration is possible.

C# Development Engineer

R&D / Projects1–3 years of relevant experience

Work on the development and maintenance of MES, WMS and shop-floor applications, improving software quality and delivery efficiency in real manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements discovery and solution design, and assist with implementation planning, progress tracking and acceptance.
Develop, test, deploy, maintain and optimize MES and WMS applications, including workflow and system architecture design.
Perform secondary development, integration and improvement of existing MES systems to keep them stable, secure and reliable.
Assist supervisors with project improvement initiatives, respond to shop-floor issues and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with system R&D experience.
Familiar with C# and Java, with the ability to independently develop features and troubleshoot issues.
Familiar with the design, development and optimization of Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases.
PLC connectivity, barcode printing and Android PDA development experience is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, written and verbal expression skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Excellent graduates are welcome; manufacturing project experience is a plus.
