Shape learning around each role
Operators practice daily tasks such as reporting, material confirmation, quality recording and work instructions. Supervisors and key users focus on task coordination, exception handling and progress visibility, while administrators learn relevant configuration, access and routine maintenance tasks.
Audience, depth and format are agreed around the project modules, shift patterns and site conditions. Cross-functional workflows can be practiced together so each role understands how information moves through the process.
Practice with representative workflows
Practice follows representative workflows—for example, from work-order release through operation reporting to completion, or from receiving and put-away through picking and delivery. End-to-end exercises help users understand data requirements and handoffs, rather than memorizing isolated buttons.
Questions and process differences raised during practice are recorded and reviewed with the project team. Follow-up can clarify user guidance, master data or business rules and carry the resolution into later sessions or system validation.
Align training with the rollout
Training is coordinated with pilot runs, go-live preparation and shift schedules so users can practice in a realistic environment. For larger teams or multiple shifts, sessions can be delivered in groups and reinforced through key-user coaching and written guides.
For distributed teams or projects requiring language support, format and language can be agreed in the project plan. Training scope and session count follow the project agreement.
Leave knowledge teams can reuse
Where included in the project scope, training is supported by operating guides, workflow references or frequently asked questions. These materials help users revisit key steps and onboard new colleagues, and should be updated when workflows or system versions change.
Learning can be reviewed through task practice, walkthroughs and user feedback. Topics that remain unclear can be scheduled for follow-up coaching or operational improvement.
